In this case you have to make an iso image from the files in the ETK Folder. Then it will work without problems when you start the whole Installation from a virtual cd drive. Also a physical burning of the files to dvd is possible.

ETK Is integrated with "Virtual Clone Drive" as a drive. The specified path is empty!

Correct. For initial install have a folder without spaces on, for example, C: Drive.
Run setup from there.
After install you may delete the temp folder you set up WITHOUT SPACE in name.
Updates will work from any connected media.
