Hello

This are some steps you should try
1- Select "Vehicle Wifi" - Power on
2- View the name of the network aftwer power on (SSID)
3- Create a password for the network
4- Go to your smartphone wifi settings and scan the wifi
5- Then pair your smartphone with the same password
6- If the SSID of the network is not showing (step 2) create the wifi connection manually at the smartphone using your SSID and Password data
7- Should work

Thanks for your reply but as I said, I can't select vehicle wifi (step 1.) so I can't continue to step 2. 3. etc....

Thanks again duckdonald, yes I've update the ecu with the last 2019 psdzdata, so is that the problem...
