I understand that this is the installer, and can the Engineering 9.0.6 license, the post setup and the data files be used?

Latest Odis E 9.2.2 needs new patched/cracked launcher (not works the launcher from 9.0.4 or 9.0.6 or 9.1.0) and for postsetup needs the 154.0.xx

Odis E by default and officially support only these languages:
CZ, DE,EN_US,ES,FR,CN...........
