hello good mornig.. I have a problem with a move 2019 update of my mini contryman.. I've plug the usb and update start but is blocked at 0.0%.. I've wait for 10 minuts but always stopped at 0.0% so I have unplug the usb and now when i plug the usb again, the sistem recognize the update but on the display message " preparations to the update in progress" and nothing happens
anyone can help me?

Are you using a Windows computer to copy the files to your USB drive? And is the USB formatted to FAT32? Mini's can be quite selective about USB drives, heard stories of it taking over three hours... Check that and report back

I had someone with this issue, he changed to a sandisk usb and still the same, went on a 3 hour drive and it updated itself, just leave the stick in and it should update
