Hello guys!! i have a mercedes 2002 year!W203,C220.i have a power problem sometimes the car can no longer accelerate all the engine is stuck at 3000 tr/mn
when a diagnosis i find this defect
-flow meter"débitmètre"current and memorized
i change the
flow meter"débitmètre"a new
mass air flow sensor
it is located on the left side of the engineand i disassemble my EGR valve for a slagging then i made him egr off!!!!!but the problem was still present.
if anyone knows the problem or met a similar case or

Your car is in "limp" (safe) mode, so can be few different problems:
You change air mass flow but you need work adaptation with new рдят5
1) Check all pipes especialy vacuum pipe for false/licked air
2) Check vacuum sensor is ok and is right connected
3) Check turbo pressure
4) Check and clean injectors
5) Check fuel valve/pressure

I am not specialist for mercedes cars and жеитяу star diagnosis, but function adaptation/adjustment I work from Vcd5&VAS software in VAG cars.
if you change flow meter/valve intake manifold with completly new one, you need adaptation/adjustment

Do u check the power suply ?
Pin5 must be 12v when trun ignition on
and pin2 must be 5v when trun ignition on
also check GND
if power suply ok then post fault code number . Because u Not specify that there was MAF short circuit or similar....
P.S no adaptation needed

Egr values were a common problem on these engines. if suspect airmass diconnect it a see how car drives it will not be 100% but if it is airmass problem car will rev higher than 3000 rpm as ecu takes base value reading but posting faults codes would help.

if you change flow meter/valve intake manifold with completly new one, you need adaptation/adjustment
adaptation/adjustment,simply only replace the defective piece, i confirm is no need for it

come on man!i checked all the connections everything is okay!
in my plug inside 4 pin no!!5 pin
actually!!!today i replaced new ECU and then following a diagnosis (valise) and since no problem no fault diag report so?!
viz!!!the drawback was the ecu!i drove the car on the way it works well sometimes alright!,sometimes she not train more than 3000 rpm once more what i did in those days
empty my cathalyseurs
"debimetre"mass air flow meter change twice!cash
and those after more than 200 € of pieces for nothing vanne egr changer and off
manifold intake i cleaned inside
almost always the same problem and when i pass the diag ah!
no fault find 
i ask
the ecu passes gradation mode,but why?

hmm i think the problem not in ecu .
few months i got same problem with w203 2.2 cdi engine .
also was MAF sensor problem . ichange the sensor . then car sometime run . and sometime stoped in 3000 rpm
finaly i find the INTAKE MANIFOLD motor not working
I think you have same problem.
check it

if flowmeter, egr and wiring are OK,,check depression tubes,,,from valve to EGR and,,to turbo pressure regulator,,,Finally,, the turbine mobile ballot geometry to be more accurate,,,, use a classic pressure barometer to measure pressure collector,,, keep in mind that the atmospheric pressure and the pressure of the collector, with the engine stopped and APC ON must therefore be equal atmospheric pressure,,,,,,,

hellio sir what is the code number . formely i repair 2 mercedes is the wiring broke from air flow to ecu. and one is throttle actuator inside motor faulty . and when it happen is it changing gear with light throttle. some time the car move with one gear only. the problem is autotransmission board spoil
