Is this wire something I must order from dealership? Thank you for your above and beyond help. It's been quite a hell of a ride with these people at Bimmer Retrofit. All they want is $$$$$$$ and they refuse to help me, they reply stating that I need installer. I dont have an installer in South Florida that'll help me with this. I've asked all stereo installers and they say no or dont bother replying to my emails. I haven't been able to connect my phone to my car yet for Car PLay or Bluetooth since day 1. I get the following error Can't connect to vehicle when I attempt. I bought the radio from a 3rd party seller on ebay, from there I sent Bimmer Retrofit everything for coding and bench testing. They shipped everything back with their emulator and all necessary hardware coded too. They refuse to help me, because I didnt buy the radio from them.
