I have a problem with a lexus nx300H. I want to program a second key (smart) but there is no communication with the socket obd (Lonsdor, Techstream). someone has already had this situation

May be swaped wires on OBD socket to prevent theft.

Yes I tried Delphi, techstream and lonsdor. The problem is that the obd port does not send information yet . For example with techstream the vehicle is not detected during the scan
