problem VW Golf 5 - 2009mohrice - 20-06-2019

Hello to all members of the forum,

I have a small problem with a VOLKSWAGEN GOLF V (1K) 1.6FSI 115 16V (85kW) auto box, when the car remains facing the sun, it will not start

the owner tells me I did not believe it until I make the test me even (no contact, no indicator on the dashboard) Electric windows do not work

when they no longer face the sun, all works normally she starts as if she had nothing.

what I changed: neiman switch  and relay engine compartment, , always the same,

because even when there is no contact the lock works well
