coding f36 harman/kardon - jaime211 - 26-06-2019

Hi, have if you can help me out.  I installed the harman kardon sound system on my bmw f36.  I want to know if I need to code with ISTA or only with ESYS?

If I connect the car to the ISTA it gives me an error of amplifier: AMPT control unit is not coded for the vehicle

Whenever an ECU is retrofitted, I-Step on ECUs should match to avoid possible interface errors between ECUs. So Flash all ecus to the same I-Step if you want a „clean“ retrofit.

So would I have to flash the ampt to match the I-step of the nbt?

If you have the I-Step available then that’s an option.
