Has anyone encountered this situation?
Solutions:
CMD right click to select Run as system administrator and enter the following command.
bcdedit /set loadoptions DISABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS
bcdedit /set nointegritychecks ON
bcdedit /set loadoptions DISABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS
bcdedit /set testsigning ON
If you later want to re-open the signature verification, change the NO to OFF on it.

Your setup its corrupt!

This is not caused by setup file.
I encounter the same problem when trying to install DTS814 on Win7.
So I change system to WIN10 to solve this issue.
