Eclipse AWN 726 EEW update problem - Steve25 - 16-07-2019

Hello, is here some who have expericences with this unit ? We paid map update for Primo from Naviextras before 3 weeks. After maps was thru Toolbox loaded on SD, and installation started, near 75% of progress unit wrote error message, and from this moment is not able load update any way. I sepnt near 3 weeks emailing with Naviextras support, but theyre know nothing - arround 40 email, and still same answers, every 5th email I got was "We transfer your request to higher level support", totally I got maybe 7 emails with higher level, but everytime next one email we start explanation from geggining. So I understanded that Naviextras support are few students with 15 universal answers... 

I am in situation that on Eclipse display in Navi section are onty two messages. One is Please insert update, and second is "this update is not for this ID". Unit have no miniUSB on back, so no way connect to PC. 

From actual unit backup I think that all system files in unit was deleted, and now unit "dont know" his own ID, or lost setup installation files and cant start update. Tried even create update with only one country on SD 512 MB - result was same = wrong ID. 

After these all I know that reason was big card - on Naviextras was info "use at least 2GB", now I know that max 2GB. But I cant turn back this step now... But even if I created 1GB card or 512 MB only - still same. Is I wrote, think that internal memory is without system setup files, needed for update, and then cant start update...
