Help Please! BMW E60 DSC module won't respond - Alwilco - 21-07-2019
Hi Folks,
Need some urgent help please, else a fairly decent E60 is going to be scrapped and sold for parts!
I have a 2004 E60 525i that has had many faults with the DSC module. I have replaced it (module and ABS pump) 3 times, each time coding it in correctly and flashing it. The lights have gone out each time after installation.
Each time a repacement is installed, after a few days the triple lights are back on and the ECU will not respond to anything (INPA, ISTA/D, Tool32 etc), it just goes dark and occasionally comes back visible for a short time, but mainly goes dark.
I've done everything i can think of, replaced units, flashed, coded, checked/changed fuses, contacts/connections carefully checked and cleaned.
I am very stumped with this issue and have gone beyond the law of diminishing returns.
Any advice or feedback would be very welcome!
Please help me save this beautiful, low KM car from being sold off as parts and scrapped!
