Problem with Global TIS v32. Does "nothing" - BrainBT - 01-08-2019
Hello everybody, I have several problems installing GlobalTIS in one friends Laptop.
The program installs good, and we can do the authentification process too.
But once opened, we can do almost "nothing".
We see the icons and different options, but for example, when we call for a specific model, through VIN oder manually, it returns nothing, it does like it loads something, but at the end nothing.
All sections in SI does the same, we make click but nothing happens.
I tryed several java versions like the one it comes with the installation (6.12) or 7.25. Even with the newest, is always the same result.
I need some advice....

Depend witch Gloablatis version you installed (example if you installed 32B) then the supported languages for the SI are only english, german, spanish, portoguease.............
So in your internet explorer as priority and first language you must have one of them............
For other Globaltis versions same happening again with the supported languages for the SI...........

We do all in German, as always.... that's the problem, I do like always ...

Try with English as first language, uninstall all the Java versions that are not the bundled one, use internet explorer with the lowest possible version and the less updates the better.
