BMW Mulf Processor maybe defective - Die_Kalinke - 04-08-2019
Hi Guys,
I have a defective MULF für an 2004 e61 530d. I have already soldered a Brand-New 28f128j3c150 to the board with the right dump for MULF. But there's no Connection now i would try to replace the Processor. It's an xc540203CZT75.
My Question is, is this only an Processor or is there some Software in it? Can i replace it without Flash anything?

in this type of MULF its only the 28f128 that crashed?

I think that's XPC823. No FLASH inside.
Enough reballing CPU. Not reflow!
