I wrote chip today, refitted ECU car does not start and flashing security / key light on dash,is there anything else I have to do ?

What is happening here, you send me 2 PM's telling me this:

I again remove control unit from vehicle, I remove eeprom from control unit, I refit, I travel to vehicle I try and I still have flashing key light and these 2 codes 

16897/P0513/001299 - Immobilizer Incorrect Key
01176 - Key: Signal too Low

I dont think you solutions worked?

If someone else has working solution I could try please could you help me, I dont want to keep removing eeprom as with the heat I might damage it
