BMW System 7 Carbon Helmet Firmware Update Problem - atomantmk - 14-08-2019
I want to update helmet with latest firmware but I can't connect helmet with PC, always says that can recognize driver.
I have done everything possible but PC can't see helmet, is there any trick to do?

- Did you downloaded the WinUsbCompat driver?
- Visible in Device Manager the KomV3-DLT-Service, KomV3-EVPT-Service and KomV3-Update-Service device?

Yes, it must be switched off to make a firmware update.
I have downloaded and drivers but helmet want to connect with PC, always is USB Device Not Recognized and it's not visible in Device Manager.
