I have bought Genuine BMW ICOM NEXT A and Leds SYSTEM, LAN and WLAN blinking orange.
no connection
any idea whats happen and how can fix it

It needs firmware update.

You can just stick new firmware on USB drive and update like that. Just use a very old USB 2.0 drive formatted in FAT32.
