Question about Passat B7 1.6TDI tuning - Michael1 - 18-08-2019

Hi
I have some question and dilemme about tuning my Passat Variant DSG 2013 B7 TDI 1,6 CAYC, because I have very very high consumption especially in city driving, sometime I notice shaking  the whole car in the idle, but very interesting is that consumption is much lower when doing DPF  filter's regeneration. How less consumption instead of higer? Where is problem, I have ODIS, VCDS and VCP, tesst Injector an make minimum off quantyty but without change.

Engine shaking with AC on and regen In progress? Check Your Maf and my advice is to remove dpf and regenerations, your engine will be thankful!

Never shahing when regenerating, usually while cold engine at idle, (betwen 730-780 rpm), when regeneration is in progress work perfect and fuel consumption is lower , but I don't understand how more lower consumption??, Problem is some ago and after flash Ecoo software (dieselgate), but after flash eco softvare ( in VW service) couple of days have short DTC (look in log), only when engine have operating colant temperature and the load value is 0,00 %, not sure seems to me it was less consuption and more power, engine problem (dtc) is resolved after mount Floutransformer in airduct, betwen air filter and MAF (first solution dieselgate for 1.6 TDi). Any solution plese, why is high fuel consumption (in city drive betwen 10-14 l/ 100 Km.)

Does anyone must check this engine error and maybe have know whu is large comsumption, especialy diferent betwen normal drive and DPF regeneration

I think no, I am second owner, Passat is in Croatia imported from France, ECU software ver. 8002 (dieselgate) drive 1 year never have any Error but with too high fuel consumption, after flash ECU ( VW servis action resolving diesel gate bug) with eco soft ver 9987 appears engine error (MAF Implausible, look log here in thread), engine have more power and maybe (not shure) lower consumption, engine error is resolved with upgarade flowtransformer in front of MAF, now engine dont have any error but have high fuel consumption, after flash new soft ofen work autoregeneration  off DPF(it's normal) but consumption is too lover when regeneration, incredibly. Where is problem Injector's, MAF, DPF or...? Remapp ECU or no?
