hello audi a6 Unit hn+r mmi 3g+ no media,no yukebox, no navi ,no map information under mmi setup. from unit cracket sound like hdd is broken ,can someone help me how setup new hdd.t.y.

I have a copy.. with latest maps and firmware installed North America... if you need a copy still let me know. you could use it to get media partition working again.

I had the same problem... Internal IDE drive failed. I installed new IDE SSD. I have copy of files if needed still.
