But I do'n know what is problem, history, RNS is factory from this car, any acident update map or firmware (stuck)- and RNS 315 hawe in more version, with BT integrated or without, with or without DAB?

The device has stopped working and is requesting a cd update. Only version 0011 can go and it's hard to find, but it exists.
