I didnt check if these are missing, but it seems so.
Only way to get BE and BF - you will need to order them at your local BMW dealer or any reseller which you can find here.

Do you need exactly OEM FSC's or you need just do it works?

Using other FSC from other car, is possible, sure - but please inform about the disadvantages.
