I would doubt such as IToolRadar would work because the nvm port 5302 was not on the scanner list.

Given vnm is not available the only way I see to use this with ISTA+ is through Ediabas in remote mode.

Choose ediabas there. And configure ediabas in remote mode using IP address of your device.

It doesn't has to start with ";". There is only a # there and it's enough.
