Using x-tool eu to change bmw 2010 e91 cas 3 / dash odometer - andi1571 - 09-09-2019

Hi im using x-tool.eu  to change bmw miles but dash board is gone to 0 zero miles

i think i may have done something wromg?

I read dash 35080 edit mileage by direct to chip using soic crocodile as instruction told me to set to to new 60123 miles

then i leave dash out of car and set cas 3+ mileage to 0 miles as per instructions by obd - sucesss

I put dash back in car but the miles is now 0?

Does anyone know where i went wrong here it appears the dash is displaying the cas mileage and not taking the miles from the dash as we neeed it to?

thanks

power up cluster only without cas conected and check mileage,if its on 0-zero than edit odo 35080 again..

Ok im not sure how to power clocks out of car as i dont have test leads but ive just re-read the 35080 with x-tool and its confirmed the km to be 60123 miles / 97392 km so everything in clocks looks to be good.

Do you think i should just sen cash miles to same km ?

Using crocodile clip on M35080 is a bad idea, desolder, read, change KM and write.
I have X-Tool too and done more cars as is described in this tool.

35080 work only adapter for this EEP
Use VVDiprog or R270 , work good and clear ODO area
Clip is bad solutions.
