How to code out EDC on E60 LCI? - codinge90 - 18-09-2019
Anyone know the process of coding out EDC on e60 M5 LCI (08+)? On pre lci it’s KOMBI and CAPPL coding but those lines aren’t present in LCI KOMBI. There is no EDC VO I can find either. EDC module is already unplugged.

EDCK_ALIVE_ZAEHLER > nicht_aktiv (not in trace file)
EDCK_ID_MONITOR > nicht_aktiv (not in trace file)
CAPPL
EDC > nicht_aktiv (this was there)

Check whole car for errors. Which module has edc's error?

If you have EDC in car, look in VO for $223 remove it and code whole car.
If you don't have that VO thats mean you don't hace EDC.

Simply delete $223 on your VO, write the new VO TO CAS/FRM
and code to default (directly sg_codieren) DSC, Kombi, CCC, CAS

If im not mistaken All M5s have EDC as a standard w/o 223
