Request help with an older chip for Toyota Camry 93c46

Possible bad dump because read as 16 bit. Maybe 8 bit? I have attached my own modified dump, but it displays 0km on odometer

Both files are fine, always read as 16 bit for dash.
If it is not displaying, check your soldering and chip orientation.
And make sure your programmer is writing it properly, not byte swapped.

Suspect poor solder joint. I have read this chip the same way I read 56 and 66 chips.
May try DIP clip and improve soldering skills.
