Unfortunately the BLP file is a zip and not an istapackage file so will not install.
I know it is a simple task to rename but it may catch the newbies out.

Why rename in .zip?
Suffice to rename in .istapackage certainly but it will bother the beginners.

noob alert
i have installed ista a few times before but this looks a little different to what i have used before, do you have an install guide please.
also files look small, i'm guessing i need psdzdata files too??
