I have built in cruise control in a BMW E90 2006 but I cannot find anything for encoding in ista-p. How can I code this at the car?
Does Fsc-tools 2.05 work for this?

you can write the modified VO to CAS and FRM if you want
but this modules doesn't need to be coded for cruise control
Onyl Kombi and DSC needs to be coded for E-Series Cruise Control
yes you can reset steering angle through ista, too

2006 6 cylinder or 4 cylinder? maybe you have to retrofit ldm and new cluster to make it work

Some time ago I have E87 pre LCI to retrofit cruse controle. Everyting work beside info on cluster.
As I read after retrofit, there is cluster like high and low.
I see tool32 instruction how to bypass this but I don't want to risk.
You can try, but be prepare to buy cluster high version or from LCI
