ERROR ista-d 4.19.15 - omarzoro - 18-10-2019
Hello my friends you can help me please I have this error when I open ista-d 4.19.15 / BLP 4.19.13 / SQLITESDBS _NL 4.19.12.
The available database versions are not compatible with each other. There may be an incomplete installation. Contact the following ISPI administrator.

Do you have the other and EN files also in the same folder?

thank you my friend for your answer the first time I put that sqlitedbs _nl and i got this error .and the twelfth time i added sqlitedbs EN i got the same error

Open regedit and post picture of HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\BMWGroup\ISPI\ISTA key. (Skip WOW6432Node if on 32 bit windows).
Regarding car not detected open device manager and check which EXACTLY com port your cable is assigned (Expand Ports (COM & LPT)). It may be ANY number, not necessarily 1 or 9.

Your registry still says you have 4.18 version and has no mention of NL language. And you say your acual app is 4.19. Hence your error about incompatible versions. You need to update the registry, usualy there are .reg files included for that.
