Could someone check these dpf solutions and state which is best, one seems to look like a toggle switch with little changes to the original file and the other two show alot more changes?

also been looking online and is this possible via obd? looks like bdm maybe required?

In my experience, always best to bdm the c9. My opinion....for what its worth....File 1 i dont think is correct, same for file 2. File 3 looks like many of the dtc tables have been deleted. I have dpf+egr off solution for this that i did last week. Let me know if you want it.

I did read after posting bdm is required for the read as obd doesnt pull enough map data. Doing it to help out a friend and assumed it would be a quick 5min jobby

I learned years ago there is no such thing as a 5 minute job in this game. Even the easy jobs have an habit of turning into a nightmare.

If you have TECH2, just reflash ecu with sps. You will be able to choose if the vehicle has dpf or not. Use battery maintainer. Flash without dpf. Disconnect temp and pressure sensors. That really is a 10 minute job and saves wasting an hour or more of your life in WinOLS.
