need help wifi on windows 10 - 2009mohrice - 21-10-2019
Hello to all members, I need help.
I have a problem on my HP computer, windows10 64bits, when the ethernet cable is connected to the computer I can not activate the wifi and when I unplug the cable, I can activate., Is there a someone who can help me.

can you not disable the Ethernet port in control panel? although why you would have need for wifi when this cable is plugged in

There must be a setting in BIOS to control whether both ethernet and WIFI are allowed at the same time. At least there was always such a setting in HPs (haven't touched one in a while).

you're right, it was the setting in bios

Yes there is setting in BIOS LAN/WLAN switching
