Ford mondeo engine ecu error P0149 and P1564 - gsmunlock - 13-08-2014
Hello all, have ford mondeo 2002 85kw 2.0 diesel which not acselerate normally. max 2000rpm when vechile stands and engine works not good. Diagnostic shows errors P0149 fuel timing and P1564 injection pump control module. Main pump changed twice,not help. Any solution. Thank you in advance. Sorry for my english.

Bosch Vp44 dieselpump? Your check this pump wiring?
Is this month,i make it 2.0 tddi, i have p1564 dtc (crankshat /injection pump speed is not plausibil), and loss power.
I repair this wiring harness 4 wiring is broken. Only can-bus H and can-bus L is continius.

Look at the glow plugs, See if they are OK,

Check and load test powers and grounds to the pump
The pump gets its timing info from the PCM, scope the other signal wires to the pump including CAN h & l.
Is the fault code generated KOEO
Is the fuel supply to the pump good, is it defiantly diesel in the tank?
