Ford Mondeo MK3 - odometer correction - haxigi - 28-10-2019
Hello. I have changed my odometer to new one with INFO function. So everything works fine but the mileage is wrong. It is much higher than i had before.
I tried to change it with Forscan but there is no option. Also in ELMConfig.
Which software can change mileage via OBD? VDM/IDS or Digiprog 3?
MK3 2005 2.0 TDCI

Via obd2 away can do only high price tool.
With clon you 99,9% chance kill eeprom.
VDM/IDS can't do this.
Better read eeprom and load dump for set new km.It's safe job for you.

what should i use for this? i can read eeprom from old cluster and upload it to new one?

how can i read dump from cluster?
i only have forscan interface. what should i use for read eeprom?

easiest way would be to find someone local to you to change mileage , pretty sure its a 9s12 on a 2005 Mondeo.

Buy Upa programmer, it's cheaper and very good and easy to use it.
