HAve you used RCleaner.exe? Try also to start ISTA with admin rights.

Hello friend, use the ISTA_SystemRequirements, it may be that something is missing or incompatibility too and if it is, it will show you what is missing

Vcredist X86 was missing, I have a 64 bit system so I only installed the X64 package and it turns out that it must also be X86   . Fhanks and sorry

This is my  old license you  can be removed.

Install again vcredist. In future use my installer.

Use RCleaner again delete the license in the windows registry editor in the three dots like sedoy left on the first POST if you installed full SDP register Reg to Full SDP in the print that you posted is as N/A If you are not using Full SDP, leave it as is. And again make sure everything is ok with ISTA_SystemRequirements If none of this resolves uninstall everything and do all these checks before if everything ok install ista again .I had this problem, I did what I'm telling you and it fixed it.

Read page 1 and (apologies) didn't quite understand if I need a new licence or not.


Upgraded from ISTA Standalone 4.36.30 to ISTA 4.37.43 (used your excellent installer for both)

4.37.43 did not ask for a licence after upgrade.  I have been able to use 4.37.43 to connect to a vehicle and run a diagnostic.  But I have no vehicles available to test programming at the moment.

So I thought I'd ask if I needed new licence.  Attached my current licence in case you need it.
