ODIS-E 120200.302.1040 + 14.1 projects + W10_x64 + VAS5054 for Skoda Octavia RS (MY2020) & VW Passat 3C5 (MY 2009) works like a charm

I encountered an ODS5003E error while executing VKMS using your ODIS Engineering 12.2 Postsetup 1040. This issue also exists on Postsetup 850 and 940, but I did not encounter it using the original database

That error has nothing to do with the Postsetup.
If you have more than 1 version of Java installed that could be your problem (a lot of car software have they’re own Java, so if you have any other software installed on PC can interfere with ODIS).
Try making a clean install of ODIS and see if the error persists (clean, meaning no files in Program Files or ProgramData after uninstalling, also clean registry).
Also it would be usefull if you could tell what Windows version are you using (10, 11, 21H2, 22H2, 23H2).

Hello, Audi666, it's not like this. I'm very sure it's not related to a computer. I tested ODIS Engineering 12.2 Postsetup 620 and it works correctly with VKMS without any error prompts!

Maybe the newer projects are needed, from the newer OE versions where the postsetup data comes from. Might be worth a try...

I have tested 12.2.0 with original 2020 projects and now i have 12.2.0 with 2022 projects (from 14.1.0) and both worked great.
So, i can confirm it's not project related.

Hi Audi 666, I have tested all ODIS Engineering 12.2 Postsetup (620-1040) versions, and when the version is greater than 670, VKMS cannot run properly and will report ODS5003E error. I am currently using Engineering 12.2 Postsetup 670, and VKMS is working normally!
PS
When the database is greater than 670, MQB vehicles will also report the same error as ODS5003E when executing SVM!
