In situation like this I usualy put there whatever dump I have from FRM2 in your case and then reflash in the car. I have faced at least two FRM2's where everything works ok, except front left turn signal is infinitely on. Even resetting module (which makes headlights flash briefly) does nothing to this. Only disconnecting battery turns this light off. i assume outputstage is short circuited, but this happened at least on one cas ewhen battery was replaced. Any idea?
