Hello al,
I have several CIC with flash fail even in expert mode V41 data. It fails on prog program part 63. Any idea what can solve this issue?

make sure your firewall is off

Uncheck writing AIF in Expert Mode, because of that is failing!

Firewall and anti virus is all off. Will take a look at the settings thanks!

you can write uif/aif later with tool32

You can try to update with ISTA P (better to use ICOM with fiber MOST adapter). It is slower solution but much easier and safer for "not professional person"

You don't have the signature files (or wrong version) in Your win KFP...
