I don't thinks it's possible if you bought 4.0.2 a long time ago

I think too

No changes that I've noticed outside of mapping update. E.P still uses Esys 3.36.2.

Let me know how to update from 4.0.2 for free

RE: Esysx vs Esysplus - diagso - 19-07-2022

0. Find your license key smile
1. Disable your antyvirus software and download the E.P 4.1
2. Install it
3. Open and configure it if needed (lang, esys version)
4. Put in your license code and agree to terms and conditions with a tick mark
5. License will be verified and you'll see a pop-up telling you that you're eligible for free update
6. Click "OK" smile

Now you're done smile

Thankfully there are better solutions on the market

Maybe update is avaiablable if you purchased it via re-seller ? Since for my and my customers it worked all fine.

Really peculiar if they want to charge for mapping update when you consider competition is including this for free.

No, it depends on the date you purchase and then you have 30 or 60 days of free updates
I bought it in December on the official website and now it asks to pay for an upgrade

I got mines in Dec'21 and Mar'22 and both of them just got updated to 4.1 so I assume that key for upgrade might be diffrent
