E61 - coding new SZL - Jasonpe61 - 02-02-2022
Hi I been trying to calibrate my new SZL , I’m having trouble calibrating the steering angle sensor. I’ve tried tool32 and ISTA and it fails .
I’ve matched the VIN so it’s not that
Any other ideas be great

Usually wrong part (number).
is there any error codes in ISTA?

SZL : 9501 / 94C1
DSC : 5EBA / 5DCF

Flash SZL,code and then you can calibrate lws sensor

Maybe Google remembers...
9501 Steering angle sensor calibration. 94C1: Coding/data error.
5EBA (DSC Steering-angle sensor plausibility), 5DCF (DSC Control unit undervoltage),
Looks like not coded correctly & initialized
