NBTEvo FSC lifetime Code for Road Map - vladmir1 - 13-02-2022

I installed the lifetime Code that was generated for me, but after installation I tried to update the cards and got a message - "connect usb drive with correct activation code". I don't know how to fix this and maybe someone can generate the code and a new FSC.

Road Map NORTH AMERICA NBTEVO N180921

My VIN: WA72401

Thank you

Have you done the patch via USB or ENET cable?
Both methods give you FSC_WA72401_012100FE.fsc that should be placed to your USB with maps inside the "FSC" folder in the root

Yes, I tried that, but it says the same, but your FSC is different from the one I set. I'll try tomorrow. Thank you.
(P.S.  Should I put it through ESys and use Upgrade index 70(0x46) and also put it on a flash drive creating a FSC folder in the root? )

If you already patched the head unit and it accepts any non original FSCs it is enough importing map .fsc via USB without Esys

II have now tried to install your FSC. When installing through Esys, it gives an error. Navigation is not active and the wheel is spinning all the time. I used the old UPD44044.BIN, reinstalled cnfhst FSC and enabled them. Navigation loaded. Maybe I need to rename your FSC_WA72401_012100FE.fsc to FSC_WA72401_01210053.fsc which I have installed? Maybe I need another patch for it to work.

you don't need to install it with esys, just create folder FSC in flash drive, copy FSC_WA72401_01210053.fsc file there and insert in your USB slot.

I did that, but I get the same error. A few days ago in another thread I got BIN b FSC, patched the auto - during the patch I had this error "publickey patch failad - oem key not found". When installing Maps I get error - "connect usb drive with correct activation code". They didn't answer me there, so I created this thread. I'm attaching what I got before. Now as soon as I insert the flash drive into the machine I get an error - "connect usb drive with correct activation code".
 Thanks for participating.

We got your problem at the beginning

Moreover, you have the same .fsc file in your archive as that I sent you
Do you have North America maps on your USB? Take a photo where did you place .fsc file at you USB stick

I attached the manual from Certificate Cervices creator for this USB activation, read it carefully concerning .fsc
"7. For ID5 unit: If iDrive asks for an activation code, you can update it by creating a new folder named FSC in the root of blank USB drive and copying the included .fsc file into it. Plug the USB drive into the USB socket and start the update."

You can do both
Using empty USB stick with .fsc you just import that certificate that allows you to update the maps afterwards but with other USB
Using USB stick with maps and .fsc imports that certificate and then starts an update
