Download who needs it.
All files are now in istapackage format. Install using ISTA Launcher Console by Sedoy. Downloaded versions from 4.38.12 to 4.47.12

No, I don't have 4.32.15. But if necessary, I use 4.32.20 and disable the SQL version check
