Hi what could i have wrong when global tis will still generate 0 bytes pdf? i tried on wxp 32bit, w7 32, and on another pc w7 64 bit. still no go. thanks for help. BTW i have installed all visual runtimes ,net framework and this stuf.

have you install Java and all complet dealer information filled in an save information? the problem is new for me..

Same happens if i install v25,v32 or v36. un windows 10 x64 i can not even install global tis. The installer gives error that it can not run on this UI. i dont know what can i doo more.Firewall dissabled or enabled, internet enabled or dissabled (i have wirelles on pc) nothing helps

You need to install one of this Java versions: v6.16, v6.20, v6.26 - I always use this version, v6.45 and even v7.17 - I also use this in the past.
Java must be 32 bits even you try to install it on 64 bits system.
It can be installed in win 10 64 bits
The best is to install it on win XP SP3 or win 7 Pro or Ultimate 32 bits system.
Also the best is to use IE7 or IE8

best requirements for globalTIS
- Windows XP SP2 / SP3 or Windows 7 SP1 32bit
- Internet Explorer 8
- Java 6.xxx (install globalTIS include)
do not enter anything in the installertion, just click through...(enter data later, after installation)
all needed Files into the Fix..
