It was not visible in chrome now it works with edge, don't make any suggestions and phylosophy here.

Extract file and take 2 languages files.

This is not right. You can extract only first Full Version (4.34.1x), update with Delta(4.34.2x-4.34.4x) is only with IstaLauncherConsole possible, or original IstaLauncher.
