it only has an error when reading VW cars and other cars are normal

did you follow this step when you install ODIS ?

You must now tick English (US) and Deutsch (DE) – English
(GB) must also be ticked. Click the blue forward arrow.
*ODIS will not function correctly if the relevant languages per
above are not selected.
