Change something in cluster (for example coding) with vcds.. just to let him calculate new chksum. You can try to recalibrate mileage again (with vag commander...)Do you try in car? Immo active?
If nothing work write back original eep and learn immo in classic way.

put in auto, the engine is running... remained the only problem- mileage
p.s. with VCDS change coding, no diference, mileage - DEF

Can you tell me what is real mileage on your old cluster? ~312K or ~485K
You dont have any tool for recalibrate mileage through obd?
