Xentry can't diagnosis for new 447/448 - sportstourer - 26-03-2022

Hello everyone,

I have a question to ask everyone for diagnosis for new 447/448
I use long key to diagnosis for 448, but it can't to quick test ,it is stop in "the emissions-relevant data are read out from the vehicle"



Who can help me solve this problem?

data version or xentry diagnosis: 06/2021


I tried with 09/2021 too but same issue,

You need to turn off the ignition key to diagnose, you can.

I try it and not work. It hangs by "the emissions-relevant data are read out from the vehicle"

remove the obd and connect again at the last step : the emissions-relevant data are read out from the vehicle !!!
