Mercedes Vito W638 Start Error - Mshumacher - 26-03-2022
Hello old Mercedes vito W638, 2001 year or so, car no start.
In cluster " Start Error " Message.
I checked xentry diagnostic :
WSP Values:
Reading in of key is temporarily blocked => YES
Key read in => YES
Valid Key => YES
Can Signal received MSG => No (F)
Enable immobilizer (Valid Key) =>NO (F)
MSG start enable (valid immobilizer)No (F)
CDI 1 Values
Engine control module identified NO
Engine control module interlocked NO
Start Enable NO
WSP and engine control module compatible YES
WSP control modules NO (F)
CAN reception from WSP YES
Engine control module or CAN bus YES
CDI Receives from ETS/ABS/ASR YES
CDI Receives from ETC NO
CDI Transmits to ASR/ESP/Auto AC/ETC YES
CDI Transmits to ASR/ETC/IC YES
CDI Transmits to ETC/ASR YES
CDI Transmits to IC/ASR/ETC YES
CDI Receives from ETS/ABS => YES
CDI Receives from IC => NO
CDI Receives from IC => YES
So All looks ok ??
In this cases "Start error" i remember i did one case a long time ago, where i read immo hc08 mcu, and eeprom on ecu. After that it wast just load the immo files into a program mb start error repair, it generated immo and ecu files.
After that just write ecu and immo , and should start correct ?
Also mcu hc08, mask 0JD66, no need security bytes correct ?
Car is far away so would like to avoid going several times....
