Hello colleagues
I am building a CAS4 + ELV, ZGW, FRM, JBBF, Instrument cluster and DDE bench. CAS module, key and DDE come from one donor, and the rest from others. The whole project is almost ready, but I'm having trouble getting KL15. I know that the ELV is from a different car and KL15 will not work. Before the big failure of the forum, I saw similar topics, but now they are gone, so please help. How can I make a virgin ELV or maybe there is some ELV emulator for the F series?

Just buy an ignition emulator and it will work.

I have an emulator for the E series, but nowhere can I find one for the F series

That emulator will wakeup your bench ZGW-CAS, or build your own with arduino

Its different E to F series in terms of bench regarding KL15.
For E series if your cas has ELV you will need elv emulator or the elv module, F series not, just the module i have shared to be able to connect

I have a bench for the E series and I have no problem there, I use the ELV emulator when CAS needs it or CAS without ELV.
This emulator doesn't work for the F series so I need CAS4 no ELV (I don't have one) or I need virgin ELV.
At the moment I only have Kl 15 for a few seconds. There is not much that can be done with the ignition only for a few seconds, but the CGDI read a permanent error in the CAS:
930814 Electric steering lock: no status message from ELV cas4_2
I think I need an ELV virgin.

update
I spent a few hours looking for a temporary solution and was able to take a small step forward. Namely, I was able to turn on the "Montage modus anlassersperre und keine ansteuerung ELV" mode in CAS
Currently, I can turn on the ignition and test the entire bench. Of course, on the Instrument cluster I have the ELV highlighted in yellow.
Now I know that in order for CAS to work in normal mode, I must have the appropriate ELV.
Can anybody help me make Virgin ELV?
