Sorry, i forgotten, edited post, added file, but in meantime i have tried to find crashdata, like in newer xc40 module which i have done few months ago, but when erase crash on that way i got bunch of configuration errors, here is clear which i tried...

D-Flash should be 64 KB size

That is true, but vvdi prog read as 96kb
