Hi.
I have as an extra the wireless charger of the mobile (in my case an iphone X) and if the mobile I have it in operation, for example to use wireless carplay and in turn is charging wirelessly, it gets very hot to the point that I see very high temperature and I have to remove it from above the charger ...
Is there anyone to whom the same thing happens, or is it a specific failure of my car

Do you have a wireless charger at home? How is it there when you stream music on the side?
Or try a different mobile phone.
Audi wouldn't do it any differently.
