Here is the vigin eeprom for ME9.7 Mercedes Benz
free for all
Just write the eeprom , then use Autel or other diagnostic tools to activate and personalize it to the car

According to the dump that is W204 C300.
If use it in C250(V6) C350 E350 etc, coding is needed.
So after write dump, better do coding.
Of course car can start and run without proper coding,
but that is not good workmanship.
Renew with tool is better,
no need to open ECU shell.

100% you are right Babeh , but sometimes vvdi MB cannot find erase password , then cannot virginiz the ecu , in this case , you can write this dump to virginiz the ecu, for coding you can buckup the coding from the original ecu "if old ecu available", then write it back to the new ecu after finishing the peogramming.

For some nobe will still need additional steps to complete the job.
